Access is by individual admission. An email domain, sign-in link or administrator role does not automatically admit someone to a company. Public signup is closed. Company workspaces are separate from one another and from the existing founder workspace.
Your active company administrators can read new company Intentions, results (including drafts, context and sources), and coaching notes or responses you create after acknowledging this notice. They can read, not edit or act as you. Existing private records and revisions of older private Intentions stay private unless their author explicitly shares them. An older conversation can contain both visible and private records. Sharing a record does not share other people's notes, Plans, profiles or Product feedback. Platform administrators, other companies and ordinary colleagues do not gain this access. Named review audiences and public Intention settings continue separately.

Admitted colleagues see only active, start-eligible public Intentions and deliberately finalized numerical results. Private drafts, sources, context and reflections are excluded. Shared results, conversations and team Plans retain their saved named audiences and history. A new leader does not inherit earlier private material.
An explicitly eligible top participating leader can activate their own Intentions and finalize their own results without an external reviewer. This does not record agreement or review by another person. Their context follows its saved audience, including the disclosed company administrator audience for eligible new records. Team members still require genuine leader agreement. General solo testing and new personal Plans are not supported.
In a company workspace, reports, discussion and screenshots are visible only to the reporter and current explicitly assigned feedback administrators in that company. Feedback access requires its own explicit capability. Leadership, company administration and platform administration do not grant it. The existing founder workspace keeps its saved audiences, including its existing shared feedback audience; company access does not widen those audiences.
Platform administrators control named placement and limited capabilities. Active company administrators can prepare and invite ordinary named members in their company and read eligible new or author-shared goals/coaching. They can edit their company logo and tagline, but cannot alter other company settings or grant roles. Company suspension or admission removal denies current access even if provider cleanup is pending. Correcting or removing active content does not erase retained recovery copies or previous downloads. Current removal records must be applied before restored access is considered.
Render hosts the app, Supabase stores records and manages authentication, and Resend delivers sign-in email. We use necessary sign-in cookies and temporary security records, not advertising or analytics cookies. Encrypted recovery copies may be retained on the owner's Mac and in Backblaze. Cronitor receives operational events for separately approved monitoring. Backup or alert operation may be bounded or stopped; this notice does not promise continuous backups, alerts, availability, independent restoration or tested capacity for every team.
Restoring the live service from backup has not yet been demonstrated. Successful backup checks do not demonstrate restoration. Keep another copy of work you cannot afford to lose and ask the operator before adding sensitive information about other people. No new archive expiry or automatic deletion policy is activated by company access.
